I really liked the place Nina did my nails I really liked her, she helped me out with the design and would give me suggestions on what color would look better with my set and took her time on all my nails the shape and size it’s perfect and I told her everything I wanted and did perfect.

Got my nails done with Nina and as soon as she came, she asked what I wanted then immediately put on her earbuds and got on the phone. I asked for short square nails and halfway through the first hand, she did coffin. I pointed it out and she made hand signals which I assumed meant she would fix it. Eventually she added more acrylic to make it square, then filed them at an angle and came out crooked. Again, I pointed out that it was crooked and she filed for a good 2 minutes. After checking again, I told her it’s still crooked, but now shorter. She called me difficult and picky and said how I make it so hard for her but if she did it right the first time, I wouldn’t be so “picky”.She tried to make it longer by adding even more acrylic but once she filed again, it came out exactly as the first time. I told her to leave it as is because I didn’t have time for her to add anything else and every time she tried to fix it, it came out exactly like before or worse. She had an attitude the whole time finishing up and kept telling me how difficult I am while still being on the phone. Definitely would not go there again!
