Horrible service sat in drive through for an hour and half then they were rude and gave us cold food im sure everyone has had not great experiences at McDonald's around the country but this was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!!! Stay away find any others you can

I did a mobile order and even though they were very busy my customized order was completely accurate and hot when I arrived home. The staff I spoke with were pleasant and courteous. Enjoyable experience!

Ordered one thing on the mobile app which was easy and was specific. What I got was something completely different and when I pointed out the error and asked for what I ordered, they gave me lip about that's what the mobile order said. I then showed them a copy of the order on my phone and still got lip about nothing they can do. I reiterated what I expected and then had to wait for ten minutes. Oh by the way, all this over the TWO CHEESEBURGER meal where I selected. (No mustard, no pickles and no cheese)

Stopped by this morning on the way to work, craving a classic Egg McMuffin & coffee. Ordered a #1 easily from the drive-thru. The drive thru line had 4 vehicles in front of me but moved swiftly, indicating that their logistic flow is being well-executed. The Egg McMuffin was as expected. Tasty, flavorful & hot. The coffee was ordered w/ 6 creams & 6 sweetener. Although the coffee was delivered as ordered, all of the sweetener was on the bottom & not stirred before serving. The side of hash browns were not cooked through fully, creating some "al dente" chunks of potato throughout a lukewarm hash brown. If it had been in the fryer for maybe another 30 seconds to 1 minute, it may have been good. In summary, this visit is what I expect from a McDonald's. Not perfect, but not terrible either. I just hope to enjoy my next hash browns hot & cooked thoroughly. OVERALL SCORE: 3.2 STARS
