My mom has been living at Arbor Terrace for over a year, and my family couldn't be happier with our decision to move her there.The facility, including private rooms and shared spaces, are contemporary, nicely decorated, comfortable and always very clean. The grounds outside are beautifully manicured with a nice walking path around the building and plenty of chairs and benches for residents and guests to sit outside in the front or back patio. The food is varied with plenty of options to select from. Most importantly, the entire staff is absolutely wonderful - caring, nice, warm, friendly, hands-on, and very competent. There are daily activities 7 days a week, movies every night and special trips. Moving my mom to an assisted living home was a hard decision since she is a very "with-it" 94 year old, but thanks to the entire staff, she is quite content. We know she is safe and in good hands every day!

My parents relocated to Arbor Terrace from another AL facility. We needed to relocate them for several reasons. Upon reaching out to Arbor Terrace, Ingrid immediately made me feel welcome and was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. We arranged for a visit with my parents and the staff was very accommodating. They made my parents and all my siblings feel that Arbor Terrace is a wonderful facility. After moving my parents, which was made easier through all the help of the staff, my parents felt welcomed. Several staff members made individual visits to them to welcome them personally. This was very comforting and re-assuring to my parents. My parents have enjoyed there two months so far at Arbor Terrace and my siblings and I feel very welcome every time we visit them. The staff is very knowledgeable about their wellbeing and is very helpful in allowing us to move them around. Thank you Arbor Terrace, you have a wonderful staff and a great outlook on how to manage the elderly in an Assisted Living Facility.

My mom considered Arbor Terrace her home, she felt really comfortable there and the staff were amazing to her. Her aide, Martha, became her best friend. She treated my mom like gold and made sure she was taken care of; in the end she made sure my mom was as comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough about Marie, who runs the front desk. I knew that if she was handling a task it would get done; especially getting my mom to her oncology appointments. The director, Rob, he worked with us in order to get my mom into Arbor and did an amazing job when the pandemic hit; not that many people got covid because of him. The rest of the staff were excellent, they made my mom feel at home and loved her. Thank you, Arbor Terrace!! I did not have to worry as much about my mom because of you!!
