My 97-year-old mother moved into the Boulevard ALP Assisted Living in Queens on Friday July 15, 2022. From the moment she arrived, everyone from administration to the aides and all staff, were welcoming and helpful and patient. Elinor Tassa has assisted us from the very beginning of the process. She has been perfectly wonderful and has followed through on everything. Lisa Steinberg has been very caring and extremely helpful to my mother. Luba and Alex in the Business office and the Head administrator Sam Horowitz have also been very helpful and attentive. Everyone treats my mother with patience and concern for her care. They have an excellent nursing and medical staff. Her health concerns were reviewed by the medical team including her medicine dispensing. She receives three meals a day and the food has been very fresh and tasty. The facility is very clean and neat. My mother's room is modern and kept clean by the weekly maintenance. On a Sunday evening, when my mother was not able to adjust the bedroom air conditioner she called down to the main lobby desk and within minutes an aide came to her room to assist her. When the air conditioner in her living room was not working properly, the facility replaced it with a new unit two days later. There are daily activities for the residents to participate in. It has been 2 1/2 months now since moving in and everything has been wonderful. Her transition to assisted living has gone very smoothly. Thank you to the Boulevard administrators for maintaining a stellar assisted living facility.

As a nurse I have worked in different types of facilities and this is one best. The atmosphere is pleasant and well maintained. All the staff/departments work as a team so the care of the residents is well coordinated. They also offer many amenities and activities for the residents to enjoy.
