We have an auto loan and are refinancing elsewhere because every time I reach out to Brooklyn Cooperative Federal Credit Union for something, they are always very rude and short on the phone. I work in customer service and value the importance of being respected on the phone, not laughed at for an error that turned out to be through another Brooklyn Cooperative Federal Credit Union employee.

It's the only bank that doesn't do that....it's very inconvenient for me most times when I have cash and want to deposit it
