I went to MCU at the Harlem branch; though, it was a busy day at the branch — after the wait I was assisted by Jessica Caraballo. Jessica was so nice and genuine. I need help applying for a loan, she guided me through all the steps and was very thoroughly in terms of making sure I understand everything and what my best options were.

The bank staff don't handle money. You can deposit using the ATM.

It is both however this location has limited services. At this bank location there are no bank tellers Only customer service representative. If you need to do a cash transaction it would be best to go to a full service location either in the city hall area of Manhattan or the location in the Bronx. I would suggest lower Manhattan. The wait time at the Bronx location can be pretty long.
