My father in law died and my husband was calling to inform them of his passing at 9am this morning. After being on hold for over an hour he tells the representative what he is calling for. She puts him back on hold and he has been on hold since 10:30am and finally hung up at 2pm. This is unacceptable and I refuse to open an account with this establishment. If you are gonna make people call to conduct business hold times shouldn't be over 4 hours. Do better.
