Been here since yesterday just to get a scheduled loan...then was told she's out for lunch...waited 30 min..and over hears someone say (she's back but then still told she was still out for lunch) not a good look👎🏽

No cash, have to use ATM for cash. Loan approval is horrible. I once had to email headquarters and even then local manager that got in touch with me was much less than professional, very rude and over charged me for a $1k loan. I only use them now for emergency savings account

They don't issue cash at the tellers... you can withdraw cashiers checks inside, actual cash has to be done from the ATMs
