White Castle has never been big in NYC. this is a pretty small location—very limited seating. mostly takeout and delivery via food apps. was in the mood for fast food. was in the neighborhood and thought why not. ordered a few slider cheeseburgers + onion rings. order took a while bc there were a ton of orders ahead of mine. felt bad for the staff bc they seemed short on help. the food tasted fine for White Castle and i was satisfied. the slider definitely scratched that fast food itch without being too heavy. staff works hard. and they have to deal with a lot like the nonstop flow of customers + people with mental illnesses who seem to wander in at will. makes you realize that it’s not just mom&pop businesses that are dealing with unheard of issues but retail food chains as well.

Looks a lot nicer than it did before the pandemic. Don't see why they are taking in person and online orders, with 2 people working and a cashier. Extremely understaffed.

When I was there I heard them say it was for customers only
They don't because it's a very cheap place and like most restaurants it might be others advertising some of there own food or sponsorships like the ones you see on tv or something. As for the prices ypu could just ask the girl in the front who worls there for the price that's what I do honesty.
