Hotels smell and are dirty. Got non smoking but whole hallway and rooms smells like ashtray

Positive: Upon check in Heaven was a complete delight. Helpful informative friendly. Negative: Its not the hotel as much as the guests, I don't understand why people SLAM doors and allow kids to run around the halls screaming at them to get in the aforementioned door Perhaps a "common curtesy" speech upon check in about living with so many others!

If I could I’d give this place 0 stars I would. I stayed here overnight for a company trip which was paid for and the front desk took almost an hour to even check me in. Room was dirty it was obvious nothing was cleaned, bathroom was dirty, towels didn’t look washed, trash from last people to stay here. I couldn’t sleep in the bed with how disgusted I was ended up sleeping in the rolling office chair.

Positive: Staff was friendly, location was great Negative: Trash from previous tenant hadn¿t been removed, the room smelled poorly and I contracted pink eye while there.
