Extended Stay America - Greensboro - Airport

This is my second stay in this hotel. In comparison to the other Extended Stays in Greensboro this would be the safest of the 3 in my opinion merely due to it's location. The smell of crack is extremely potent on my floor. On the weekends it's nearly unbearable and groups of guests are allowed to use outside after dark which truly enhances the safety aspect. As of today I have not received housekeeping for between 4 and 5 straight weeks (I'm unsure whether it's 4 or 5 weeks due to another trip I took and I'm unsure which weekend the housekeeping occured while I was away). The occasion previous to the last housekeeping 4/5 weeks ago, the cleaner changed out towels, cleaned nothing, and left me new bedding in a bag to change myself. I know this isn't the classiest of hotel chains, but when did it become a hostel? I work an extremely labor intensive job 10-12 hours a day, all I want is a shower and a clean bed at the end of the day. I'm a fairly clean individual, I've requested help and have not been fortunate enough to receive any. I'm hoping my company will move me from here ASAP. Hope this helps someone else before they're as uncomfortable as me.

Positive: Hotel employee was very nice to me during my stay. When I checked in I was really going through something. Hotel employee was very understanding and didn¿t get upset with me when I came to her several times

Absolutely disgusting. Our first clue was the discarded mattresses at the dumpster. Second clue the front desk clerk keyed our cards wrong twice. Third was entry to a dilapidated, dirty room . We didn't even set our bags down and left the premises and found a better hotel away from the airport. Do not go here ever!!!!!

Lady at the front desk tried to make us pay twice, even though we already paid through priceline. She was very rude about it too. She claimed our card was declined and told us the wrong last four digits of "said card" . I don't know if she was trying to scam us or what, and so we ended up getting a refund through priceline. I tried to me kind and apologize for having to cancel but she but ignored me. Extremely rude.
