I honestly don’t understand how this place remains open. The front desk staff ( with the exception of one woman who I don’t know her name but she is Asian ) are rude 24/7 over any questions at all. Appointments do not matter at all. If you have an appt at 9am they will take your card tell you to sit and you will wait an hour just to be checked in whether they’re busy or not. When they call back you will wait again for another hour to be called by the nurse, then probably another 30- an hour to be called by the doctor. When it’s done and you’re checking out there goes more time waiting. It is absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone & if you do best believe they are already coming on with a nasty attitude. The nurses are all very kind to the patients but my god the unprofessionalism of the front desk is out of this world! They have messed up countless referrals or just simply didn’t do them which leaves my family members scrambling with the insurance & other docs. I just again don’t understand how this place is still open. Appointment times are for a reason there is no reason someone should have an appt at 9am and not be out of the office until around 3 that’s completely unacceptable along with having to deal with front desk staff attitudes for no reason. I can understand if patients are nasty to you but I have personally witnessed this and have had it happen to me every docs appt Ive scheduled. Something needs to change because it’s a horrible environment.

This place is terrible! Everything about it is terrible! The waiting times are ridiculous, wether you have an appointment or not. The receptionist are all rude, only the nurses are kind. Not only that, I have called multiple times .. either no answer or more than half an hour wait time just for them to hang up! Everything is a joke here.

too crowded in a small reception room and less than 6feet social distance， horrible waiting system, management need to improve and be professional, only nice is nurse doctor.
