I mean it's difficult to justify it in this economy but if you are a prime member they do have some pretty good stuff on sale, especially the dairy free stuff. My favorite is the cookie bar, though, because they list the ingredients right up on the name plate so you can be wary of allergens! I do enjoy their hot bar because it's a great quick lunch that's yummy and healthy.

Overall good food and grocery options. The lady at the pizza counter was not there and after waiting for 20 minutes, we were told that they didn't know when she would show up. Customer experience could be improved.

One of the better whole foods out there, especially ready-made items (Urban Remedy products) and the food/salad bars. LOVE the kelp noodles in the salad bar and haven’t found those anywhere else. The sale mochi ice cream TREATS that are wonderful...they are located by the cakes and salad bar in a small freezer case...they have about 6 flavors.

I'm not sure if you're asking if I have ketosis or if Whole foods carries products for keto friendly, unfortunately I'm unsure on either answer but I would bet that they have a pretty large amount of keto friendly products.

I have never seen them there so I doubt it. It is worth calling to ask because they have a policy that they can order some special items that aren't found in the store.
