This used to be my favorite grocery store & I would drive from my house downtown to spend hundreds here at a time every shopping trip I took until today..I went in with an over hundred dollar receipt & had some old hag at customer service be the rudest employee let alone "customer service" attendant I have ever met. I asked to exchange two $5 salads because they had dried rasins/cranberries (which I didn't realize at purchase) so I just wanted to switch for different salads. This is from last night to the next mid-morning. She first lies in the most sarcastic tone by saying they weren't raisins they were cranberries (only one was, the other wasn't, as if that should have even mattered) she then says they weren't refrigerated..which I mean if you like being a liar then you're doing a great job lady who's name I wish I could include in this review but I left as quickly & polightly as possible after this encounter. I explained that they went into my fridge when I made it home & loaded them into my trunk to take back but as it's nearly 100° outside & I was driving quite a ways to this specific location as I frequently have, also stopped by a QT for no more than a few minutes, they probably have gotten warmer than fridge temp. She told me again that they weren't stored properly enough to be returned. These were 2 unopened salads. I was unaware that I needed some FDA approved cold-kept transport-truck carrier to take back a grocery item I wasn't fully satisfied with. I almost never take anything back but as they have just raised the price of these salads & I do like the kind without dried fruit I thought this would be a simple enough request to fulfill. If they weren't able to accommodate an exchange that's alright & I wouldn't have come here to complain..it was the way this condescending woman treated me for absolutely no reason at all that I will never be back & will shop elsewhere from now on. This makes me question whether it's common practice to re-shelve returns during damn near 2 ongoing contagious outbreaks leading me to further wonder about the quality of their products. Surely y'all ain't breaking literal food storage laws by letting things leave the store then be restocked. Interesting. You saved your store 10 dollars on salads that may or may not have sold/gone bad & been thrown out anyway and yet will lose my weekly hundred dollar haul. So who did you really do it to, Old woman at Price Chopper?

Bought peaches here last week. They were the worst I've ever had. Brown & mushy inside & I spent $6.63 on them. Threw all but 2 out of 10 away! Won't make that mistake again!

I have never been so embarrassed going thru the 10 item or less line. Jan made such a scene. First she said they don't do Instacart in that line. THAT WAS A LIE! I had 12 items and no one was in line or behind me until I already put my items on the counter. She complained about my items being on the scale. It provoked the customer behind me to start complaining. I have been thru that line a thousand times. Her customer services skills could use a little reviewing. How embarressing!! I don't suggest going to whatever register she's working...not friendly and acted totally inconvenienced!! Rude! I know it's a holiday...happy holiday to you to you cranky old bit..

Bought their boneless wings from their deli and they were disgusting. They tasted like cardboard with the consistency of it too. At 7.99 a pound it is way over priced and in my opinion not worth eating at all.

I don't know the Saturday hours, but they are not open on Sunday.
You can get a replacement at the service desk if you lost yours, they can also check you out by your telephone number you signed up with at grocery checkout. Hope this helps.
I don't really know.
Yes
Not sure. I didn't have my vaccine there.
Not really sure on that but i would imagine so probably in the fresh baking area
I think 18 mostly is the target age for employment altough they may have a few part-time positions for those 16 years old... but you could always just call Customer Service and ask them directly.
They do carry other brands .It probably depends on the location. Fred, I don't want to sound like a commercial but nothing beats Tide.
GB Chinese. Haven't tried it, so I don't have an opinion for you.
