They haven't been 24-7 all winter
Most companies dont monitor and answer these. Its usually local guides who do. With that said, I would confidently say it's all based on the bottom line. It became more costly to operate than the profits after X p.m. and before Y a.m. Example aldi, aldi is ONLY open during prime time hours due to the electricity and labor cost saved.
HyVee is their grocery sponsor this year and they have a lot of chiefs gear Price Chopper not so much
