No complaints from me. It's very conveniently located in Hoboken between Jersey City and Union City with NJT bus access adjacent on Palisade. The elevator is a great convenience/short cut for everyone whether using the train or simply biking or walking up or down the cliffs from city to city. The trains are as well kept as any other mass transit around the area and certainly much better than the subways. I give 5 stars as it achieves what I believe the designers planned.

Elevators are always on at this station. Occasionally they need repairs in the summer months but generally at least 1 is always working.
