The staff is TRULY AMAZING. The way they love and care about my father is priceless. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because the ac unit in that place is terrible. Whoever is in charge should be ashamed of themselves. It’s literally like 100 degrees in there. This is unacceptable. The poor employees are dripping sweat. I feel horrible for them. My father is soaked in sweat. We brought him a fan it does no justice. Constantly having to put cold wet washcloth’s on his head. This should be fixed IMMEDIATELY before someone ends up very ill. Please do it for ur staff and residents. It’s cruel. Again thank u so much to the staff taking care of my father.

A friend of mine has been at Sapphire for over two weeks for physical therapy and blood transfusions. Staff, food, organization, no patient charts for one aide to another, inconsistent PT.
