my ceiling has been leaking off and on since may and its now almost 3 mounts later, the wall/ ceiling starting to grow mold but only been told to put up buckets and fans. no definite date on rapier either. cops will be somewhere here everyday, normally more then once per day pros office staff is friendly cons lack of maintenance on ageing building, medium getto living

We moved into our townhouse almost 5 years ago. We like it here. Maintenance has always been great at fixing issues,we have so much space(2.5 bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, full basement & laundry room) and the rent is the lowest in Canandaigua. Majority of our neighbors are quiet & friendly and we're allowed to have our dogs.

I have to say that I did not listen to any of these previous reviews when i made the decision to come here and I am glad that I didnot. The space here is way bigger than my last place at old enlish manor. They have an actual living room, dining room and kitchen. Not to mention that I have 2 bedrooms, central air 2.5 bathrooms, backyard, a porch and a full basement. They actually have website for me as a renter to pay my rent and also file any issues. They are under a new site Manager and who has been very nice. I will say that I wish that the windows were just alittle more updated but thats not a deal breaker. If they end up having a 3 bedroom available i would definately switch to that but hand down i like

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is the bottom of the barrel for apartments people. Car was broken into, found a guy OD'ing on the side walk, fire alarm constantly going off at 3am, took over 2 weeks to get my A/C fixed mid June. Find somewhere else to call home. 🤮
