I'm just curious how a customer that puts 25.00 down to hold a machine an or an other who has nothing down on machine can hold a machine but when a customer who shows up with cash gets turned away on 2 machines with not only did you loose commission but you also lost on a sle an a customer:(

This lady Margaret who works here is completely incompetent or just likes messing with people. It took two hours for them to process the paperwork on a bike I bought with cash. I showed up to pick the bike up when they told me to and emailed my license beforehand, so it's not like they were caught off guard. Their customer service is really bad.
