Very costly No air conditioning Creepy old men staff No water fountains only $3 bottle water because covid they say but literally serve open slushies and fountain soda. A Colonie police officer on duty watching skaters why? I bet 100+ drunk drivers drove right by guptills while officer is inside doing nothing but talking and playing on his phone.

Hadnt been in over 35 years. So much fun. Wish there was air conditioning or at least fans. But still amazing. Would of been nice to see inside Secrets.

Let's be honest, for the world's largest roller arena, it's not got the most enticing deal. First off, they are way too expensive. Rollarama is half the price and does family packages. They should also be doing monthly passes and seasonal passes to engage in unlimited skate sessions for a set time (like fall/winter and spring/summer, for example). I know I'd come all the time if they made it worth the money to do so. They only play radio pop music and you can't even make requests. They should be doing event nights like Adult Only Skate or Themed nights for dressing up or whatever. They have no gimmick except for being big and having great ice cream. I used to love coming here as a kid and as I got older, planning for groups to come together, but it just isn't feasible anymore which is sad. They really just need to rebrand. Keep the old fashioned paintings and whatnot but do better everywhere else. I'll conclude by saying their website is also lackluster to say the least. No appeal. I'm not trying to insult them, by the way. Rather, I hope this gives them a push to do more thanwhat they've been doing. They'll get a ton more business, guaranteed.

Yes. When i was in middle school i loved this place
Yes for sure!
I hadn't, but now it seems very feasible.
it's $17 altogether if you're renting skates, the rental price is $5. if you bring your own skates, the price is $12 for admission. i go there every Friday, I hope this helps!
Check Summer hours on schedule
We will reopen skating as soon as we are allowed to do so. We have been in contact with the health department and Albany county legislatures and it has still not been allowed to reopen as per the Governor’s restrictions. We are hoping Rollerskating rinks are allowed to open in NYS soon.
The age would probably 12
No water slides ever, been a customer for 40 yrs and they are open for business.
I believe its $15 plus $5 for skate rental
Not during the winter, as far as I know. I only attend to skate.
Place been thier for many years, awesome place for all ages.
I am not sure. Give them a call. We went with Shenandoah School District.
Yes...Friday and Saturday nights...6:30pm to 10pm.
I'm not sure if they have a policy about that but they don't inspect your skates when you bring your own.
I dont think they have sessions at all haha but there are a couple small rinks where you can practice on your own
Their website says family business for 68 years...so 1951?
You should call and ask them.
Yes
Probably because it would cost more and then the prices would go up even more. Thats my thought.
Next Saturday May 11th.
Probable 16
Yes, it is also better to bring your own than rent their skates because their skates are quite worn. It also saves you like $5 per person each trip to bring your own skates
It is .25 cents to rent a locker
There will not be any more car shows at Guptill's. The last one ever was last summer.
Food there is pricey. Pizza, nachos....not sure what else they serve.
Its about $20 per kid.. Adults pay their own way.. Includes puzza, ice cream sandwiches, soda and skate rentals.. Just went to my nieces party there, was alot of fun!! The only thing I would change is bring disinfectant spray for the skates as they don't spray the skates!! We went and purchased our own roller skates after the party to be able to continue to go and not catch a fungus. I know when i went with another adult it was 30 for us both ,that included skates.. Party may be diff tho
There is a sign posted in rink that states "no fast skating" , however i have been there with adults skating at a quick pace and no one said anything.. Depends on what they and u think is fast..
There have been quite a few people attending in wheelchairs, in the years I've been there, never on the skating floor. There are two practice areas that can be used for their pleasure.
I'm not exactly sure I always go with my eight year old granddaughter there are some teenagers they look maybe 12:13 but again I'm not exactly sure the age you can you can probably either call and find out
No, they don't, they do have an area for the very young to skate in; with assistance from Parents or siblings.
