There is a sign posted in rink that states "no fast skating" , however i have been there with adults skating at a quick pace and no one said anything.. Depends on what they and u think is fast..
You can skate as fast as you want, as long as you are careful.
They do have signs posted at both sides of the rink that read "NO FAST SKATING"
I'm pretty sure they'll let you, but just have caution for the people around you.
