This is to the receptionist, and the receptionist only at the ida vet. Her nasty tone and responses was so unnecessary and just straight unprofessional to the point where you felt the need to apologize not once, but twice to me. Telling me “you’re just having one of those days” after you could blatantly see on my face that I’ve had quite enough and I was getting upset. If you’re not happy there, then maybe it’s time to find something that does, please don’t take it out on the people coming through your door giving you their money.

Love this place so much the staff is so kind and they are great a social distancing and making sure everyone is safe. They are great with all small animals and make sure that they are always happy and comfortable. We have been coming for years and have helped our dogs and other animals lots.
