I just tried to go through the Drive through. There's people there. Drove in a circle to try again after waiting a while (went to the other lane), still nothing. I saw them inside. It was like 11PM. Looks like a lack of integrity on their part. Not like they were busy.

This sounds btwn nuts and craziness! There are 3 registers there. This is truly a mgmt issue. Why didn't the manager open up 1 register and pull the other 2? The employee's are only as good as there trainer which, is influenced by the mgmt team! I would report the manager to McD regional complaint hotline

Was very unprofessional and caus they like to cut up with other workers it makes it to where we have to wait for our food.. I will never go back there.

You can tell the workers in this location are from the neighborhood. Never been to a more ghetto McDonald's than this one.

Two times at the speaker and 4 times at the window. I was a GM at 3 McDonalds in St. Louis and I know it's hard to run a store but why pay ppl who are killing your customers and we know McDonald's will shut you down for bad service. I would hate to

I ordered a breakfast with hotcakes and they say they have no butter. No butter? What did they do with it? Do they pocket it? It's only 8:30am in the morning. Okay, I have no butter for my hotcakes and no butter for my bisquit.
