Very nice hotel. Check in was very quick and the room was impeccable. It is located in an excellent area with a variety of restaurants within one mile. Highly recommend.

Let me say the staff was friendly, but that is about the only thing good to say about our stay. We called first to see if the pool was open, well it was but the heater was broken so our kids walked to the hotel next door to swim. Next the fourth floor just started leaking through the roof in multiple places though the lights, only buckets were placed in the hall. Lastly the most worry some item was all the fire doors for the stairs were open. I closed them and within 10 mins they were open again. Two of these items feel like it was a pretty big safety hazard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive: The staff was warm, funny, accommodating, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and the morning breakfast was much better than standard offerings. Super comfy beds! Negative: The heater on the pool wasn't working, but they made arrangements for us to use the pool at the hotel next door, so issues!

The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and offered a lot of variety. What was most exceptional was the staff: the front desk staff and the breakfast attendants were kind, funny, welcoming, and eager to meet our needs. They made our visit very pleasant.

No bar but on Tuesdays & Wednesdays they provide food and drinks for the guest and there you can get beer or wine. You can also purchase these items from the pantry at the front desk
Many restaurants. Sundays most everything is closed
I think most rooms are non smoking, but there may be some designated smoking rooms.
