The staff on duty upon both check in as well as check out was rude and unprofessional. The listed check out time both online and on paper at the front desk was noon (12pm) however at 11am housekeeping began harassing my partner and I threatening to call the police if we refused quickly depart (which we didn’t). The entire hotel was rather noisy and disorderly throughout the night,the smell of Marijuana was staunch in both the halls and elevator. Lastly the tv remote control did not work,the room was poorly stocked and the coffee tasted as if it were brewed with toilet water. The beds however were surprisingly comfy.

Do not book here! I booked next door and accidentally went to this hotel to check in. I was soooo glad when I realized it was a mistake! I don't exaggerate when I say it's filthy and falling apart! Even from the front door that was busted, peeling and coated in grime, the lobby walls and furniture were peeling, cracked, dirty and gross. Two unprofessional young girls were hanging out behind the front desk. Wouldn't trust food prepared here and can't imagine how bad the rooms must be. The sanitation rating sign was like 80. Go next door to Choice hotel, a few bucks more but worth it

DO NO STAY HERE!!! Rude employees and dirty lobby. We had 2 reservations for May 21, 2022. We got there early and they told us to come back at 3pm not taking reservations till then. No hello and no reason why. They would not talk to us. We came back at 3 and there was a long line. We decided to go to the store because of the lines and came back about 5. They told us our rooms were given away. Mind you that we had reservations for a month already. There were other irate people there that were in the lobby, because their reservations were given away, as well. There was a guy in the parking lot that was getting in his car and looking for another place to stay, because his reservations was, also, given away. They would not explain to us why they did that. There was around 7 workers doing nothing, but just staring and telling each other what to say to us. No one would give an explanation. When I asked for their managers name they just laughed and smirked. I had to ask for it three times before they gave up her name. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There are under new owners and a new general manger that is never around. Not a good hotel and very unprofessional workers.

It wasn't clean, hall lighting was so dim you almost worried you could be mugged.. The bed was so hard, we could have slept on the floor and been more comfortable. Last person to stay, their hair was still on the lavatory. Only plus, staff was courteous and helpful.
