Room was fresh, clean and very nice. Bed and pillows were cfortable. Desk attendant was pleasant. You.could here the noice from adjoining restroom. Breakfast was good but ran out of gravy due to delivery truck breaking down

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. The room itself was amazing. Clean, spacious and it allowed me to efficiency work for a bit on Friday night. The bed was very comfy and the shower experience was relaxing. Our only complaints were that unfortunately we stayed the same time as a traveling baseball team and they were inexcusably loud outside in the pool which unfortunately was right outside of our window. I could barely concentrate or hear myself think until they finally went inside. I've stayed here last year for a wedding I was attending at Reynolda Gardens and I'd probably stay again due to it's close proximity to area attractions and restaurants.

I'm giving a 3 only due to the front desk person Summer. She was very kind handling the phones and people checking in while 2 other male staff told stories and were laughing talking with a handy man over work being done. Also the first night we were there the handy man's truck was blocking the handicap ramp and electrical cords where running threw the front doors. We were there for a hospital visit

I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know. My husband was in a terrible car accident and had to be at Baptist Hospital for two weeks. The kindness and hospitality of the staff here made my time in Winston Salem more bareable during this hard time. The rooms were so clean, the beds and pillows were so comfy. I was able to rest when I needed to and I felt safe. The staff makes this hotel feel more like a bed and breakfast atmosphere, they really care about their guests and even remember your name. I will go back here and stay when we have doctor visits in the area. They are also remodeling and it's going to be gorgeous when it's done. Love, Sara Upton
