Warning you! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. They’re just in it for the money, NO JOKE! Dr. Willard is an awful,unprofessional, untrustworthy veterinarian. He NEEDS TO LOSE HIS JOB AND HE WILL YET! Really, he doesn’t even care about your animal. He’s been a veterinarian for over 30 years to say the least he should be much better at his job than he is. Very VERY unprofessional. Don’t take your animal here even if it’s your last option! Ended up our puppy died. The conversation the veterinarian had with my mom went like this. He called, said it doesn’t look good she might not make it overnight so we decided we want to pick her up, bring her home and take care of her,also thinking of possibly taking her to another vet the next morning if she makes it through the night. Then he asked if we want to put her down, my mother said NO and he answered SO IS THAT A YES? Umm no obviously my mother said NO! we told him we’ll be there to pick her up. When we got there it was 15 minutes after closing and there was no one around we called the doctor, no answer. Tried everything we could to get ahold of them. Next morning we found out she died. Our family is devastated and disappointed and we were treated VERY poorly by Dr. Willard. Every experience so far was bad!! Won’t ever be going back

They are very easy to work with, My Frenchie couldn't give natural birth, so I called Black horse and they took her in like right away, Did C-section on her and took good care of mom and puppies,, I would give them 10 stars if I could.. thank you for your service
