Our pet was bleeding from the rectum and we were begging to speak to the vet. We waited hours and no call. We called again and one lady asked for a picture and we sent it. She said she would put a "note" on the vet's desk. Still no call back. We called again and another lady was very rude and callous said she couldn't pull the vet away from her appointments. Finally someone called with a message from the vet saying they weren't worried, so we didn't worry as much. We scheduled an appointment but our pet died that night. We spoke to the vet again who was shocked, almost as if she wasn't told about it. This vet was our baby's vet for a long time and was caring toward them, so I blame the staff.
