I had surgery with Dr. Moazzez in Nov of 2020 and he was wonderful, truly, I kept at it because I really felt like he valued me. That said, the staff at this office are HORRIBLE. The receptionists have been rude to me, hung up on me multiple times, talked down to me when I expressed frustration. I live far from the office and scheduled three preliminary appointments I needed a month out on the same day to minimize time off work, and the exercise specialist I was required to speak to simply didn't show up. He hadn't called out or anything, he just didn't bother coming in. Even the staff didn't know where he was. But I had refrained from posting a negative review because I respected the surgeon. Today was the final straw. I was told that services out of the office for a year after surgery were free, I checked in before I committed to using a food behavioral counselor through them and was told this was covered by this policy, and used them only for a period of weeks not approaching the year deadline. Today I was hit was a nearly 500 dollar charge that was sent to collections with no notice or messaging through the patient portal. Absolutely livid at them, their treatment of me, their lack of communication, and their lack of care for their patients outside the operating room. Completely done with them. I'd never recommend this office to anyone.

Whoever answers the phone needs to be fired. She is the worst and does not know anything but to complicate things and cause unnecessary problems.

This team did wonders for me, my body and overall health. September 2019 I had surgery I have been able to keep off 160 pounds! I run and workout everyday and I wouldn’t haven been able to do it without this weight loss surgery. I was consistently sick and had a bunch of ailments that have since went away. I am thankful for this team and their in depth processes. Without them I don’t know what would have happened. YES you have to follow a weight loss plans, yes you are ultimately in control of what you put in your body but the team gives you nutritional advice on and guidance every step of the way. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for giving life a new meaning and for giving my son his mom back!
