Never been spoken to by such attitude than when I call this number. I don't get y the front cs people (they call agents) are still working and actually answering calls which you have to deal with customers/patients. I spoke to one with a simple request and basically is short, rude and almost condescending to point she said bye and hung up. Ive met the staff and they were nice and professional, but like working at dct office for 3 years it's the front staff that dictates how everyone will be, tg this one very rude lady does not but she really needs to be let go.

My boyfriend was there for a procedure and Nurse Annabel at the recovery room was great! She was very thoughtful and thorough during the whole process. The check in and check out was smooth. Good and clear communications. When everything was done, they had another nurse help wheel him out to the lobby while I went to get my car.
