It was my first time having my vehicle serviced at Ted Britt Fairfax Ford, and I was very satisfied. I love the convenience of the garaged pull-up lanes being located just one glass wall/door away from my Service Rep. and other Service personnel. Their prices seem very fair for the services I purchased, but like I said, it was only my first time, so hopefully that continues. Also, one of the services I bought was a Full-size SUV Complete Auto Detail(inside & out for $200), and they did a stellar job. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was, unfortunately after getting my Explorer back, the lane assist features in my vehicle were deactivated for some reason. I would’ve given them 4.5 stars if that were an option.

The Service Center should be able to determine the warranty of your vehicle based on the year of manufacture, brand and model of the vehicle.
