Horrible customer service. The FedEx on Main St or Springfield is 100x better. Too bad this one's the closest since I moved.

I was standing in line and an employee behind the counter slowly walked up to the counter while staring at me. Good eye contact, I guess. He asked if I needed help. With the plastic divider, I carefully slip the big box through the opening onto the scale, and the box very fit. The whole time he was holding the scanner in his hand, when he should have assisted in with the box. Overall, it was fast, in and out. It would have been nice if he helped me as I slip the box through the divider opening. After all, the box was a big heavy. Then he asked if I needed a receipt. I said that would be good, he pointed at the receipt printer and told me that he will come out of there, and he left. The employee lack personality. What happens to friendly service?
