I’m waiting almost 4 hours for the doctor come to my room area I see only 1 doctor working on alls room they need to put more doctor I’m coming 2:30 pmand leave at 6:10 pm terribly

Thank you for your interest in visiting Patient First. Yes, we do currently participate with Medicare, and you may walk in any of our centers from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
This is not a free clinic.
I think you should go to a drugstore like CVS or Walgreens. Patient first is only adminstering Covid test for patients during their visit and won't be offering it as a stand alone service to visitors. Log in to the drugstore sites to find a store near you that offer testing

It can range. I received my antibody test results in 3 days and my antigen (active virus, seeing if i had it) test results in 2 days.
