I’ve bought a few cars here and never had issues, but recently when I try to go and view a car they make up excuses and say I can’t because I’m not a dealer… literally no one is ever viewing cars at this location… anytime I come here I’m the only person viewing a car… I always get let in because I show Proof I was let in before but they try to make up rules and not let you in but you just need to not agree with them and tell them you can go in with your basic membership and they end up letting you in. Very lazy and slow seems like no one cares or wants to be there which is sad some people are spending 10-100k buying cars and the staff are careless…. Definitely had issues with cars here I bought a car that “ran and drove” but didn’t. I’d be cautious with the cars you buy from here…. Other than that the main issues I’ve had with this location is staff feel entitled to make up rules to not let you see cars but it’s illegal. Paying for a copart basic membership gives you the option to always view a car at any location.

A terrible service, 2 hours to pick up 2 cars having apoiment, a lack of respect for the drivers, the fortlifts without doing anything

They don’t describe your vehicles damaged and make a mistake on the title which cost a lot of time and money to restore it

You know very well what's going on in there supposedly open to the public at 8 am the part of the office I have no complaints but the mounts charge you sent the two lifts that were active and delayed entering cars when one could only do so the two and the drivers waiting for their comforts not attending us until 9:10 am taking the first charge that is a lack of respect and a lack of consideration with drivers who even sleep outside their auction to be able to load fast

Yes, unless the auction specifies that they do not have the title yet. In that case they have 30 days to get you the title or refund your money and pick up the vehicle. Always check the notes at the bottom of the auction description before bidding.
