Day one, I was informed that due to the day camp director being very strict I needed to show ID to pick up my child, great. They take my ID and use it to double check the checkout list. The next day the director Jamila is completing check out, she glances at my ID, doesn't take it. Concerned, I asked her if she knew what name she was looking for, she then asks for my ID and actually uses it to check the list. Today, it was not my day to pick up my child. I find out at 730 from my child's grandmother that no one had picked her up yet. I call and talk to Jamila, she tells me she called once and it went straight to voice-mail. She then became argumentative, I understand she's got a job to do so I let her explain herself but she won't let me complete a sentence. My only goal was to have her acknowledge that her and her team will complete contact in the future and not at 7pm, hence stating this Jamila puts the phone on speaker and ignores me each time I repeat myself. I have to repeat her name several times and she still refuses to communicate. It was like speaking with someone who is refusing to coordinate. Extremely poor attitude, good planning, horrible execution. Extremely disappointing.

Just wanted to take the time and give props to Sean, Alvin and the entire Highland YMCA staff for being fabulous. Not only do they work fearlessly to keep each basketball season going consistently but, also care about the children and families that attend daily! My son recently misplaced his phone and was absolutely devastated about it. Sean and staff worked with us to help locate the phone. The phone hunt ended successfully thanks to the quick efforts and follow up of staff. I’m grateful and humbled by attention dedicated to resolving the issue! Keep up the great work , you all are doing an awesome job

The place is dirty and is being run by very rude people. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Flies everywhere while even walking thru. It did have a very nasty musty smell as well

Watching my grandson game. The red squad team parent was very aggressive during the game. This is 6 and 7 years playing. No need for all the yelling she was doing.

Hi, we have a variety of memberships with different prices. We also offer financial assistance for our memberships and programs.
A senior membership is $36 per month but many insurances cover that cost. You can call or stop in to see if a senior membership will be free with your health insurance.
There is a $25 joining fee for an individual membership and it is $20 each month. If you qualify based on you health insurance, you may not have to pay, you will simply need to bring in your insurance card and membership can check. Please call (909) 425-9622 for questions. Thank you

Hi Sandra! Family memberships at the Highland YMCA are $31 a month for 2 adults and all kids in the family or $25 a month for 1 adult and all kids. Family is determined by household. A grandparent and parent could both join so long as they were living in the same household. Private swim lessons begin at $105 for members for 4 private lessons.
Are you looking to rent a room? The Y does offer room rentals, depending on the day and time. You can call the branch and ask for the Membership Director.
Not much. Does he swim? There is a pool.
It varies based on income and membership type. You can receive up to 50% off of membership and program fees. Each program has a different fee, but for 2 adults and children the membership is $31. Please come in and we can help you. Don't forget proof of income. Thank you
