Roaches, roaches, roaches. Unprofessional management. Mice, rats, mold, homeless roaming around. Management will keep your deposit when you move out. Rent has gone up on me an my wife the first year we moved it. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Do not rent at this apartments so many negative things about them. First the lady’s from the office are rude with and attitude problem and for some reason act like they own the property and have a lot of favoritisms and do more for some tenants than others if your nosy like them and tell them gossip specially (Susie)she will love you cause she’s a very nosy and always try’s to find out about tenants personal life to gossip. The manager Mary smokes all around the property uses maintenance team to drive her to food 4 less to buy her bud light beer during office hours, instead of having maintenance take care of apartments issues. If you rent here your visitors will never have parking and will have to park at the food 4 less shopping center where cars get towed and broken into. The few visitor parking they have the lady’s at the office issue a pass to their favorite tenants who have more than one car for a few days and will be reserve almost a week in advance. Another big problem they will raise your rent every year about 85 dollars per year. They will only give you one parking space even if you have more than one car, they will not issue no other parking space. They hire maintenance people who don’t have have no maintenance experience people who struggle to even put a door knob trust me I had that issue with a maintenance guy . A big water issue They are always shutting off the water in all the units with no notice. They also have a rat (mice) problem in the apartments and the lady’s in the office don’t do nothing about it, and if we go back to issues I had a big hole in one of my bedrooms for 4 months from my air conditioning being broke water damage in the roof to be exact, the lady’s in the office said someone from outside of maintenance had to come to fix a patch a hole on the bedroom roof because maintenance did not know how to fix it, and by the way I moved out because 4 months later it never got fixed and even after I told Susan the lady in the office more than once another big issue they have they have homeless walking around the property all day and specially at night to pick up recycle digging in the trash cans, you also have a lot of youth walking around smoking weed in the parking lot. And last but not least the lady’s at the office are very racist they do not rent to African American decent. But for some reason they have a lot of refugees living in the property. If I could give this people 0 stars I would I did live here and totally regret it I was so happy to move out and specially after I realized how bad the lady’s in the office are I wish the miracle mile properties would had send me that paper for apartments review I would give them a #0 I don’t think miracle property is aware of how the lady’s in the offices are and how they use the maintenance team for other things besides maintenance, the Victoria village apartments in highland have way too many negative reviews and it seems like we all think the same about the lady’s in the office

I’ve lived at these apartments for about 2 years now and let me tell you the manager is extremely rude!! She treats my boyfriend and I like little kids when we’re grown adults. Also when we moved in our rent was $775 now after two years it’s gone up to $915 for a one bedroom one bath I guess they raise the rent every 12 months which was not in the contract!! The washers eat our quarters for loads and our whole apartment building is infested with roaches they come and spray twice a month and yet it’s still infested We can’t even let our kids play outside after a certain time and we have a 9 o’clock curfew like little kids. It’s just a horrible place my boyfriend and I are in the process of moving cause we can not take it anymore. So take everyone’s reviews into consideration before renting here.

We have lived here for about 4 months now. No serious complaints. Rent is cheap, we got brand new nice carpet, fresh paint... cabinets and such aren't the newest but perfectly fine. no roach problem for us... It's surprisingly quiet. For a cheap apartment, I have no major complaints. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves. We only hear music during the day sometimes but we don't mind because we like to play our music and have guests sometimes too. 1 con is the parking. Visitor parking is always taken by people who live in the complex that have multiple cars so we have had to buy a garage and park our own cars across the street if we ever have guests so as to not inconvenience them. I was scared of it being ghetto but it's really not that bad. Great starter apartment for the price!
