The services of the staff is magnificent I always leave a tip never had conflict with the business but however when I started booking with Haylee I realized I’m no longer able to book services with the business to get the excellent service I usually get when I try to book it replies in red customer is not allowed it’s strange to understand that every stylist that has a skill has their preferred favorite clients and if you’re not one them you get declined service without a reason

I got my lashes done in the past by Ellie who does a good job and cleans her hands and sanitzes area after each customer. However this time I got Julie. And I wasn't to happy. She didn't clean the chair after taking care of a customer and had me sit down. On top of that she never washed her hands either. She was very rough in putting alot of pressure with her hands in my eyes. In the end she stood next to me when I was paying which made it uncomfortable for me to have to tip. Please provide further training to Employees in sanitization. THIS should not be happening. Employees should be washing their hands in beteeen customers as you are dealing with people's eyes and germs and sicknesses can be spread rapidly. That is a big health risk and very dangerous. Her station is not cleaned or sanitized after clients is a huge problem. Please remember that you can still catch covid and other sicknesses as well.

Have been going to this business since 2019 and every time I call they're unable to accommodate me. Recently if you missed an appointment they require $50.00 deposit that they don't state it's non refundable. I asked to have the $50.00 deposit applied to a new appointment, " The $50 is non-refundable or "transferrable". I'm so disappointed I've been a faithful customer and Mia is great unfortunately the staff and policies leave a lot to be desired.
