DO NOT GO HERE! Save your money. As a first time mom I was looking forward to this experience unfortunately I had such a horrible experience and the customer service was not helpful what so ever. I had a scan on Friday 8/26. I was told when I arrived by the technician that I would not receive my video recording of the session due to bad weather, but that I would be refund 15 dollars for the inconvenience. I was given a USB that should have has all the pictures from my scan. However, when I arrived home I realized there were only 2 pictures from my session. I contacted them to see if they could email me my pictures and I was told they could not email me the pictures and I would have to go in. I live 1hr and 30 minutes away that was just not possible. Someone finally called me back and stated they would refund me the full amount or reschedule for a rescan due to the inconvenience, then she continued to laugh when she realized she has called the wrong person and stated my pictures would be emailed to me within the next 2 days. I have been back in forth with them since Friday calling everyday and my issue is yet to be resolved. I called and requested to speak to a supervisor only for her to tell me that I will receive my pictures in a few days and I will need to be patient. She also let me know I will not be refunded the 15 dollars since it is "not in there policy". Yet, they were offering someone else a full refund. Honestly a waste of 149 dollars. I wish I had done more research before going here. If you're looking for an alternative place in West Palm Beach try Little Bellies Ultrasound & Pregnancy Spa they seem to have a lot more positive reviews. I will be scheduling an appointment with them in hopes they can provide me with the proper service and experience.

Unfortunately this review isn’t based off the service because the technician didn’t show up. We had an appointment scheduled for 2pm and when we arrived the store was closed. We called the phone number on the window to see if we could get a response. The employee on the phone was not in the office and was supposed to call me right back but did not. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned but we’re disappointed with the way the situation was handled. The professional thing to do would have been to call us back immediately to let us know the technician wasn’t coming. There was complete disregard for me, my family and our time. The store is supposed to be open from 8am-8pm as per the information given on their website. Why was no one there today? The excuse given by the employee and the circumstances just doesn’t add up for us. I lament leaving a poor review but we were really excited to see our baby and we’re left disappointed.

My Husband and I had such a fabulous first time experience. Our technician Karina was so sweet and professional. She was able to capture unbelievable pictures of our baby. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Karina you made our day, thank you for making this experience so exciting for these soon to be first time parents.

We had a fantastic experience. We loved our 3-D ultrasound photo ,stuffed teddy bear with heartbeat and DVD. And the ice cream shop next door LOL.
