How can people do business at the counter if they close at 5pm and most workers don’t get off work until 4:30-5:00pm. Terrible customer service smh

The ladies at this branch are tribble, rude, and nasty. Each time I was at this branch, I had very bad experience with one of those customer service. I do not know why they can continue working with such attitude with no discipline. Those people are working in that branch should know that the customers are the one paying their paychecks. After several bad experience, I decided to write a complain. Then, I noticed there are a lot of other people have same experience. Why the supervisors at this post office are not do anything to fix the problem? My point is 0 to all.

If I can put 0 star, I would definitely will!! The Asian lady was extremely rude. My mom was asking her a question about how much is shipping fee and she was forcing my mom to buy the envelope first. So my mom bought it and wrote the address on the envelope so this Asian lady would tell her how much it’s gonna be. Then the Asian lady was forcing her to fold her important legal documents even if it actually fit in the envelope! She should be trained how to handle customer service. If she doesn’t like her job, she should find another job where she don’t have to handle customers! The manager should fire her immediately.
