I truly don’t even know why case workers in this office get paid. You only get to speak with them after you request a call from their supervisors because they never actually call you back after an initial request! Even when the noncustodial parent owes over $130,000!!

They are not helpful at all!! Very slow to answer, very slow to call back, very uncaring and unhelpful when you do get a answer. I have yet to talk to one person who seams like they care at all!! NOT ONE PERSON!

Call the 1800 number for the main office in Richmond, Va. You may have a long waiting time on the phone but they should be able to assist you. If you don't have the number look them up online. Good luck.
