How do you walk into a store about to drop $13,000 and not get help? I was judged the moment I walked in. I asked the saleswoman a few questions to re-engage the conversation and it lasted 3 min only to find her texting with all the other sales reps. Awful store. Bri is the best salesperson at Ashley. I am a very picky person and for her to get me to make a quick decision in buying a whole living room set and bedroom set says a lot about her sales skills. The best furniture visit ever! Not only was Bri friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail for my husband and I. Getting the couch of our dreams was so easy and fun ! If you have going here I suggest that you look for Miss Bri! She will take care of you. Danielle processed our order and she was fast and friendly! She explained all the ins and outs of our furniture insurance and made checking out a breeze. Great customer service and will defiantly come back again because of the excellent service I got from Bri and Danielle!
