Consistently awful.... gym rules are posted on the wall and every week every single one of them is broken without any comment or action from the staff... talking on phone... children running around in gym area... dropping weights... improper shoes... pointless...pretty sure a high schooler must pick the gym music... classes prop the doors open with screaming instructors.... I guess we ALL must take their class.... also FYI...building is for sale... my year is almost up & I'm out.....

Clean gym, plenty of equipment, great staff. Owner was super inviting during first interaction. Personal training sessions with Abigail and Janet were awesome. My favorite gym in Frederick by far.
