For the most part this JoAnn's is pretty good. They have a good selection of fabrics as well as a large floral department, and a pretty decent variety of yarns. My main complaint is regarding their buy it online to pick up in store option. They often give lower prices for this option than their standard in store sales price and won't match it for you, so you need to jump through their hoops of ordering and paying online and then wait a day until they fill your order. The two times I have done this they have told me they're out of half my items and cancelled that part of my order. When I go to pick it up I find the items right there on the shelf where I saw them the previous day. I just don't understand their basic rewarding you for not shopping in store, and then their inability to properly fill the order they bullied you into making in the first place. They could do better.

Yes they actually do
Like anywhere else. Most people have masks on but you always run into somebody not wearing one.
Store is open. I recommend calling store for hours and guidelines as they are constantly changing.
