doesn’t know how to make drinks properly, got an iced matcha with cold foam. it comes out white and with scraps of whipped cream on the top. it was disgusting went in for them to remake it and it’s still nasty.

I started going back to see if things changed. I noticed over 2 weeks the the employees who have been there for a long time remained and service is back on track. I'm enjoying the coffee again. I'll start going to another dd I've been going to this dd for years but when I got to work today my coffee was mostly water. I couldn't drink it Last week they put 12 sweeteners in my coffee I returned it. There was no point returning the watered down coffee It would be a wast of my time!

⚡ Lisa- They were very helpful, patient and concerned for the accuracy of the customers order. They have a large selection of Dunkin products.
