The pharmacy is so unorganized it’s mind blowing. The wait is crazy. My prescription is done every month, but I have to remind them of that.

I have had many horrible experiences at this pharmacy. On multiple occasions, while at the drive through, I was asked to drive around and wait at the end of the line! The line I just waited on. Also, they feel it is okay to spam my home with phone calls. This is the worst customer service experience of any business around.

Arnita, considering that is specific CVS info that the store could answer directly, what happened when you called them? BTW do you have a receipt from then? Often this info is on the store receipt.
