I was skeptical on coming due to the reviews but wanted to be my own judge of character. Everyone look at us unwelcoming explained, I wanted flat twist in the front and back straight they pointed to whom was able to do her hair we sat down. (Which everyone should know how to do.) While waiting the the female asked me is my daughter hair washed already I said no then she rolled her eyes. Even if her was already washed, I am at a hair salon the first thing they are supposed to before doing anyone's hair is washing it, and not to mention it is apart of the service. We waited for 20mins and walked out!!

Well my natural hair is very coarse but they were amazing in detangling it. I mean they will wet your hair first and add a detangling solution + treatment to soften your hair and that usually does the trick
