I have been calling, asking and still after 6 months not one person can explain why the Pet Farm is not open or when the retail space will re-open. What a scam. Covid is not an excuse for a service or retail business to whine and rip folks off. Please keep the religion card out of the equation. The owners do not work and had no business allowing a groomer to work on dogs without a proof of Rabies vaccination. Dreadful excuses of how to not treat animals. Why would I send emails to an info @ blah blah. You want me to continue chasing folks for an answer? Why not you pick up the phone or email me?

Thank God for the rude salesman because I almost ended up living here if it wasn’t for your terrible attitude. I won’t recommend anyone elderly to even consider this place if you value your well being.

I don't usually post on Google like this but my first impression experience with The Jefferson director of sales was so bad, I thought sharing might be helpful to others. I am doing a research exploratory for "next stage in life" living and The Jefferson was suggested as place to consider. I called to make a tour appt and the director told me she would have to call me back the next day because "she doesn't know what has been put on her schedule". Strange but ok. Next day I heard nothing. So the day before I wanted my appt, I called to confirm. I didn't get the director but asked her to confirm my appt, otherwise I wouldn't be there. And I heard nothing. This experience raises all kinds if red flags and alarms for me. I will not investigate The Jefferson any further. Hope this is of some help to others.
