Horrible service, barely could stay in contact with me and the person that WOULD respond via email was rude and made no sense. Costed me 3 weeks going back and forth with them sending documents etc. trying to get rental assistance and then randomly got a reply that they “were no longer accepting new applications due to high volume”. Well thanks for nothing I guess

The worst resettlement agency you can find in the US, no one want really help new comers. all staff only complete their check list to report their manager, they dont care refugees at all. they left Afghan families in the street. If CCDA get your case try hard to move your case to other agency.

One of my favorite charities, they touch many lives locally and globally. They show how love and kindness is the only thing that matters. I will always love and support this organization. Thank you for all you do.

Call Catholic Charities for your local diocese and ask if they have a car ministry.
You can bring them to Phoenix House at 521 N quincy st in arlington its a recovery center that would great appreciate the donations and they would be put to good use.
Im not sure, please contact the out reach staff at Catholic Charities the detail information is on the website Thanks.
