Great taste for American cuisine. Great atmosphere and great staff. This is what you will find in Jackson hole with all the trendy people found here who think they are foodies and such. Not cheap but if you are hungry you don’t have many options in this town. The view of the mountains is a bonus too.

We sat in the outdoor area that was beautifully done. The food, service, and drinks were all amazing! Loved the wild mushroom toast, truffle pasta, and apricot salad with salmon.

Highly recommend this place. Our server Mike F. was pleasant and attentive throughout the meal. The portion size is generous. I loved the crispy Brussels. There were cranberry and pumpkin seeds and cheese in it. It was very tasty. The endive salad with prosciutto was refreshing. The best part was my entree Bison short rib. The meat was so tender and juicy. It was cooked perfectly. I didn't need the sauce for the meat. It was flavorful by itself. My husband got the trout. He liked it. It was a big fish for sure. I was a little disappointed in the dessert menu. They were very creative about the regular menu. I'd thought the dessert should be interesting too. But after all it was a fantastic dining experience.

Nice atmosphere and great food. The inside is fun because it's rounded. There's local art hanging up too. The food is small portions and tasted rich but good. The salads that we got were all amazing and I highly recommend them. Unfortunately even the "large plates" were smaller than a normal size. I'm not extremely familiar with Jackson Hole pricing but I imagine it's not too far off.
