I've been here 3 times in the last month just because it's the last stop before Clarendon. It's gotten worse each time. 1st the chili burger which was good. The 2nd was the chicken fried steak with fries and okra. It came in 2 pieces and 1 of them was a little over cooked. No big deal. Today I got the chicken fried steak again with salad and fries. The salad was on the same plate as the rest of the food but they just threw the rest of the food on top of it. Not just a little but full on top of the whole salad. Then the chicken fried steak was burnt on 1 side so it was like eating jerky. If you do coke here I suggest just sticking with a burger.

TRUCK PARKING! so glad i could actually stop and enjoy a meal. Food was great! Chicken fried steak, cheeseburger, fish tacos! Sweet tea was yum. The desserts were amazing banana pudding and cherry cheesecake! Im so glad we found this hidden gem. BIG THANK YOU FOR TRUCK PARKING

If you are traveling, eat here instead of chain restaurants. Located on Highway 287, don't miss probably the best meal you'll have on your trip. I had the fish tacos and they were absolutely top notch! The service was first class and you won't find a cleaner establishment anywhere.

We needed a place to stop on the way from Amarillo to Houston - we really enjoyed the food - good prices - feels like you’re at home with grandma cookin!!! Great buffet and pancakes. Do you see that cherry pie???? The best in earth - they make that filling with magic or clouds or something but it’s deeelicious.
